When I’m Not Working
Outside of my professional work, my greatest joy and priority is my family. My days are full with three young children who keep me on my toes. In the small pockets of time I can find for myself, I’m usually working toward my reading goals, writing, or creating art just for fun. Motherhood continually shapes me with intention, patience, and a deep appreciation for growth over time which in turn makes my work better for it!
why independent Education
matters to me
Growing up, one of the greatest constants in my life was my school. Long before the first bell rang and long after the final dismissal, I was there, arriving early so my mom could begin her workday, staying late for rehearsals, practices, and games, and returning again for church events held on the very same campus. I spent the majority of my waking hours walking those halls.
But it was never just a building.
It was a community that nurtured my whole self. Teachers, coaches, and mentors knew me, not just as a student in a classroom, but as a person with gifts, interests, and potential. They cared deeply about my growth, my character, and my success.
I was allowed to be an athlete and an artist and a performer and a student leader, because the adults around me worked together to make it possible. There was no pressure to choose one identity over another. My school saw the full picture of who I was becoming and created space for all of it.
That is the power of independent education.
Independent schools have the freedom to cultivate environments where students are known, challenged, and championed. They can protect mission, preserve culture, and intentionally shape experiences that go beyond academics. Students aren’t confined by rigid systems; they are guided by people who are invested in who they are and who they are becoming.
That belief shapes the work I do today.
Because when a school’s visual identity, messaging, and brand truly reflect its mission and culture, it strengthens that very environment where students are seen, supported, and stretched toward excellence.
Independent education matters to me because it shaped who I am. And I design to help protect and elevate the institutions that shape the next generation.
special skills
Digital Illustration
Illustration allows Reagan to add distinctive character and flexibility to a brand. Whether developing custom graphics, icons, patterns, or narrative visuals, she creates illustrations that feel integrated rather than decorative. This skill is especially valuable for schools seeking a unique visual language that differentiates them while remaining rooted in their established identity.
Graphic Design
Graphic design is where strategy and structure meet creativity. Reagan specializes in building cohesive visual systems that bring clarity and consistency across print and digital platforms. From brand identity and admissions materials to athletics campaigns and donor communications, her design work prioritizes alignment, hierarchy, and intentional detail, ensuring every piece serves a larger purpose.
photography & Editing
Strong visuals begin with strong imagery. Reagan brings a trained artistic eye to both photography direction and post-production editing, ensuring images feel cohesive, elevated, and aligned with brand tone. From color correction and lighting refinement to stylistic consistency across campaigns, she helps schools present themselves with clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
Strength finder
CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder), developed by Gallup, is an assessment tool designed to gauge 34 natural talents across 34 themes and identify an individual's top 5, fostering personal and professional development. Based on positive psychology, it helps users maximize their potential by focusing on strengths.
Strategic
Naturally seeing patterns, possibilities, and pathways forward. Not just designing beautifully but with intention, aligning visuals with long-term goals and mission.
Maximizer
Driven to take something strong and make it exceptional. Rather than settling for “good enough,” going above and beyond to refine, elevate, and polish every detail to ensure clients’ brands operate at their highest level.
Context
Valuing understanding the story behind what exists today. Working with a school’s legacy, traditions, and mission to honor the past while thoughtfully shaping visuals for the future.
Belief
Creating work guided by deeply held values and a strong sense of purpose. Motivated to serve schools whose missions align with integrity, excellence, and meaningful impact.
Input
Naturally curious and love collecting ideas, inspiration, and resources, bringing depth, creativity, and well-informed solutions to every branding and design project.
